Kathryn Grist

Kathryn Grist, PT, DPT, OCS is an experienced physical therapist currently working at Blount Memorial Hospital since August 2024. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked at Elite Integrated Therapy Centers from October 2020 to July 2025 and at BenchMark Physical Therapy from August 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities included serving as a float therapist and clinical operations director. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Clinic Director and Orthopedic Resident at PT Solutions Physical Therapy from July 2016 to June 2018, and as a staff physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting at Elite Integrated Therapy Centers from February 2015 to January 2016. Kathryn earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University in 2014, following a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution in 2009.
