Bill Walker

Bill Walker has over 17 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Bill is currently an API Developer at BLOX Digital since November 2022. Previously, they worked at TapOnIt from 2018 to 2022, starting as a Software Engineer and eventually becoming an Engineering Manager. At TapOnIt, they were responsible for pivoting their deals platform into a SaaS product and leading the development team. Prior to TapOnIt, they worked at TownNews.com as a Programmer II from 2014 to 2018, where they onboarded new clients and maintained and enhanced the syndication product. Bill also has experience with Stefanini US from 2009 to 2014, initially as a help desk technician and later as an IT specialist. Bill began their career at Mediacom Communications in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative and previously worked at QCOnline from 2004 to 2008, providing technical support as a Level 1 Tech/CSR.

Bill Walker attended Black Hawk College from 2006 to 2008. It is unknown what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. Prior to that, in 2001 to 2002, they attended Western Illinois University. The degree and field of study for that period are also unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Bill has obtained several from Codecademy. In January 2021, they completed the "Learn TypeScript Course." In March 2019, they obtained the "Learn SQL from Scratch" certification. In August 2018, they completed the "Build Web APIs from Scratch" certification. Lastly, in November 2017, they obtained the "Build Front-End Web Apps from Scratch" certification.
