Eva Calderon

Eva Calderon has a diverse work experience in the customer support and technical fields. Eva started their career at Stefanini Brasil in 2013 as a Helpdesk professional. After two years, they joined TownNews.com in 2015 as a Customer Support Representative. In 2018, Eva was promoted to a Customer Support Account Manager position. Most recently, they are serving as a Senior Technical Customer Support at TownNews.com since November 2021. Throughout their career, Eva has developed strong customer service skills and expertise in technical support.

Eva Calderon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Kaplan University, which they completed in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Eastern Iowa Community College in 2013. Eva'seducation journey began at Black Hawk College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design in 2011.
