Barbara Baltz

Barbara Baltz has over two decades of experience in sales and client management, currently serving as an Inside Sales Account Executive at BLR since March 2009. In this role, Barbara specializes in selling compliance and training solutions to HR-employment, compensation, safety, and environmental professionals across the United States. Prior to BLR, Barbara worked at Nerac from December 2003 to January 2009 as a Regional Account Executive and Client Account Manager, where a consultative sales approach was emphasized for engaging with business strategists and intellectual property professionals in scientific and technical markets. Barbara’s career began as a Bookstore Manager at Follett Higher Education, a position held from 1984 to 2003. Educational background includes attendance at PennWest Edinboro from 1979 to 1981.
