Rakesh Pandey

Rakesh Pandey has over 10 years of experience in program and operations management, primarily within the government sector, with proven expertise in managing IT projects related to E-Governance, Citizen Services, Smart Cities, and Land Management. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Business Operations and PMO at BLS International Services Ltd since March 2022, Rakesh previously held roles at TerraCIS Technologies Limited, including Associate Manager of Operations and Finance, and Senior Associate of Operations and Procurement, where responsibilities included developing RFPs and managing procurement processes.
