Fanja Razafindrazato

Fanja Jocelyne RAZAFINDRAZATO currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Blue Ventures, focusing on conservation marine efforts since November 2019. Prior to this role, Fanja worked at Croix-Rouge Malagasy from June 2007 to September 2019, where responsibilities included serving as Directeur de Programme Développement Organisationnel, overseeing program implementation to meet the needs of vulnerable populations, and advising on strategic documents. Fanja held several key positions within Croix-Rouge Malagasy, including Chef de Département Développement Organisationnel, managing human resources across Madagascar, and Responsable Ressources Humaines, where significant contributions included developing HR procedures and managing personnel administration. Fanja holds a Master's degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Antananarivo, attained between 1998 and 2002.
