Alexis Henry has a strong work experience in the technology industry. They started their career in 1997 as a Software Engineer at GFI Informatique, where they focused on ITIL processes and tools. In 2001, they joined Rogers Communications as a Senior Consultant OSS. They then moved to Devoteam in 2004, where they took on the role of Pre Sales Manager, specializing in ITIL, service management, and software performance optimization. In 1998 and 1999, Alexis furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Master computer sciences. Additional certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in December 2019, AWS Architecting Serverless Solutions from AWS, and certifications in Cisco CCNA, IBM Netview, IBM Tivoli, and Micromuse.
