Xavier P.

Xavier P. has over two decades of work experience in various technology companies. Xavier is currently working as a Business Development & Cloud Partner Alliances Manager at Blu Age since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at DXC Technology for three years as the Mainframe, server-based, and legacy modernization global offering owner. Before DXC, Xavier was employed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise where they held the position of Global Chief Technologist for Applications Transformation from September 2016 to March 2017, and as the Applications re-Architect Tech Lead - Solution Architect from December 2011 to October 2016. Their career began at Atos Origin in 1998 as the Chief Architect and Technical Director. During their tenure, they were a member of the Atos Scientific Community, advising the group CEO on future strategy and direction. At Atos, Xavier was also involved in the MINEFI, DGFiP, Hélios program, specifically focused on managing the local public sector accounting. Prior to Atos Origin, they worked at Kingston SCL as a Support Engineer and later as a Maintenance Team Leader for bespoke modules of the product named Jupiter. Xavier's experience includes crisis management techniques and expertise in mobile network technology and sales administration.

Xavier P. obtained their degree in Computer Science from EFREI - Grande école du numérique in the years 1990 to 1995. Following this, they completed their Master of Management in Dynamics of Human and Organisational Development at Université d'Évry from 1995 to 1997. In 2011, Xavier P. attended HEC Paris where they were certified by the MBA-like "Atos's International Talent Development" program (Gold program) and received instruction and education from the institution.
