Andrew Srinarayan, MBA, CMO, and High Performance Coach, has over 30 years of experience in the marketing and technology industries. Since 1989, they have held various roles at Fujitsu-ICL (ICIM), where they were a Territory Manager. In 1992, they joined Bahwan IT as a Senior Business Development Executive, and in 1995, they moved to Intergraph as a Proposals, Sales, and Marketing Manager. In 2005, they founded Ciara Consultancy Services Inc., where they served as Principal Consultant and Business Growth Strategist. In 2012, they joined WelcomePack Canada Inc. as Vice President of Marketing, and Dyversity Communications Inc. as Director of Multicultural Marketing Strategy. In 2017, they founded Shift Mindset High Performance Coaching Inc., where they served as Founder and Certified High Performance Coach. In 2018, they founded Stradigi Marketing Inc., where they served as Founder and CMO. In 2021, they joined Blu Banyan as a Fractional CMO.
