Probahi Ray has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis. Probahi is currently working as a Lead Business Analyst in the Food Technology domain at BLU COCOON DIGITAL PVT. LTD., where they develop integrated functionality for agricultural approaches and scientific experiments using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Quinnox, where they were responsible for designing enhancements in the Amway Europe Ecommerce web application. Probahi has also completed the "IQBBA Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA)" course at Udemy Academy, where they gained skills in formulating business strategies and analyzing complex issues. Additionally, they have worked as a Business Analyst at DXC Technology and as an Associate Product Specialist at Cognizant, where they played a key role in testing and analyzing production defects in the annuities and life insurance domain.

Probahi Ray attended the West Bengal Council of Secondary Education and obtained their 10th-grade certificate in 2005. Probahi then pursued their higher secondary education from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Examination, completing their 10+2 education in 2007.

After completing their higher secondary education, Probahi Ray enrolled in the West Bengal University of Technology in Kolkata. Probahi pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and completed their studies in 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Probahi Ray obtained the ISTQB certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in September 2015. In April 2016, they became a certified Business Analyst through the CCP (Cognizant Certified Program) from Cognizant, with certifications from LOMA (Life Office Management Association) and AAPA (Associate Annuity Product Association). Probahi Ray also holds a Business Analyst Certification from Udemy, which they obtained in December 2020.

In 2023, Probahi Ray obtained several additional certifications. Probahi became a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from Ciel Academy in February 2023. In January 2023, they gained expertise in Agile methodologies and obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master (SMC), both from Udemy.
