Ricardo Salcido

Ricardo Salcido has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ricardo started their professional career as an Equipment Manager at the University of Arizona Media Arts Production Laboratory in 2015. In this role, they managed camera, lighting, rigging, and sound equipment. Ricardo then worked as a Photographer/Videographer at the University of Arizona Student Affairs and Marketing starting in 2016, attending marketing strategy meetings and photographing and retouching faculty portraits and university apparel ads.

In 2017, Salcido became an Intern at Mild West, where they worked as a grip for productions and edited promotional pieces for Mello Music Group's social media. Later that year, they joined Media Aérea Drone Solutions as a Creative Director, managing and operating drones, as well as producing, shooting, and editing commercials and corporate videos.

In 2018, Salcido worked at Trattoria Pina Italian Restaurant as a Busser before transitioning to Citizen Pictures as a Culinary Assistant. In this role, they traveled and assisted culinary producer Jane McGrath, managed the culinary trailer, and built a competition day kitchen with industrial appliances. Ricardo then joined BluFocus Inc. as a Project Manager later that year.

Ricardo Salcido attended the University of Arizona from 2013 to 2017. Ricardo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, focusing on Film and Television.
