Megan Raftery

Megan Raftery has a diverse and extensive work experience. Megan is currently working at Blu Ivy Group as the Senior Director, Employer Brand and Culture. Prior to that, they worked at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom as the Director, Talent Marketing. During their time at Kelly Services, Megan held several roles, including Marketing Director, Talent and Employment Brand, Director, Global Content Marketing - Workforce Intelligence and Research, Senior Marketing Manager, Talent Marketing, Marketing Manager, National Sales and Marketing Manager, and Sales Marketing Manager. Megan also worked at Inacom Computers as the Training Center Manager. Megan's work experience spans over three decades, and they have specialized in various areas such as talent marketing, content strategy, brand awareness, and market position.

Megan Raftery obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Michigan State University from 1986 to 1990.
