Thomas Reneau has extensive work experience in various roles related to employer branding, culture building, and marketing. Thomas is currently the Director of Employer Brand & Culture at Blu Ivy, where they focus on aligning business goals with purpose and creating extraordinary employee experiences. Before that, they were involved in brand marketing at Best Buy Canada and served as a Key Account Manager at Unilever, where they achieved ambitious sales targets and enhanced market penetration. Thomas started their career as a Management Consultant at EIM Group, working on process optimization projects.
