Yashwanth Salian

Yashwanth Salian has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Yashwanth is currently the Head of Human Resources at Blubirch since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at Alphation Auto from November 2020 to March 2022.

From January 2012 to October 2019, Yashwanth held the position of Head of Human Resources at ABS INDIA PVT LTD. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, resourcing, and development. Yashwanth then pursued further studies at Mangalore University from 2003 to 2005, where they completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Yashwanth's education journey continued at National Law College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Business Law (MBL) degree with a focus on Business Law.

In 2013, they became a certified internal auditor through the ISO International Organization for Standardization. Yashwanth also gained awareness in EMS (Environmental Management System) through a certification from Bureau Veritas in 2016, and OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) in 2015, which was also acquired from Bureau Veritas.
