Ahmad R.

Ahmad R. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ahmad started their career at Kunooz Building Materials as a Sales and Operations Executive, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's overall sales strategy, specifically in selling tiles, lighting, and sanitary ware.

Ahmad then moved on to Amana Contracting & Steel Buildings, where they worked as a Site Engineer, managing various parts of construction projects and supervising crew members. Ahmad later transitioned to the role of Project Manager in the Steel Division, where they prepared, scheduled, coordinated, and monitored engineering projects.

Currently, Ahmad R. is employed at BLÜCHER, where they have held several roles. Ahmad first joined as an Area Sales Manager for the Saudi Arabia & North Africa Region, where they managed and motivated the sales team and developed efficient sales and marketing strategies. Ahmad then moved up to become the Regional Country Manager for the MEA Region, overseeing all aspects of business operations and driving growth through strategy implementation. Ahmad'smost recent position is the Head of BLÜCHER APMEA, where they are responsible for developing revenue-generating strategies, empowering the sales team, and cultivating partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.

Ahmad R. completed their Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership from Hult International Business School between 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, which they attended from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmad R. has also earned several certifications. Ahmad completed courses such as "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" and "Creating a Business Plan" from LinkedIn in September 2020. In June 2019, they obtained a certification in "Manager as Coach" from Ontos Global, LLC.
