Opeyemi Ndukwe

Opeyemi is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Blue Advisory.

Opeyemi began her career in the Information Technology industry after which she transitioned into Management Consulting with one of the big 4 consulting firms. Sequel to this, she served as the Business Development Manager to one of Nigeria’s largest commercial Law firms, driving strategy formulation and implementation; Change Management; Business analysis, Operations Optimization and Managerial support for the Management Board.

Opeyemi leads the delivery of start-up advisory, strategy, operations, and people services to Blue Advisory’s clientele and has extensive experience supporting clients across industries such as financial technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, professional services, retail, and not-for-profit.

Opeyemi holds an MBA (with distinction) from Warwick Business School where she received the Dean’s award for Academic Excellence. She also holds a BSc in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
