Nadia Adams

Nadia Adams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nadia is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Agilis, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, Nadia worked at Continuum Health, where they held various roles from 2018 to 2020. These included Senior Vice President of Population Health and Care Innovation, as well as Senior Vice President of Care Innovation.

Before joining Continuum Health, Nadia served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at the Center for Health Innovation and Implementation Science from 2013 to 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and ensuring the success of the organization's Great Lakes Practice Transformation Network, which aimed to transform healthcare for 10 million Americans in the Midwest.
