Julie Schultz, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Blue Alliance IT since May 2016. Schultz has progressed through various roles at Blue Alliance IT, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and advancing to Human Resources Manager and then to Director. Prior to this, Schultz worked at Unifund CCR as a Legal Liaison and a Legal Operations Intern. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Sciences in Applied Administration and an Associate of Applied Business in Paralegal Studies, both from the University of Cincinnati. Early education was completed at Turpin High School.
