Eeshita Bose

Eeshita Bose has a range of work experience starting in 2018 with an internship at Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre. In 2019, they worked as an Associate Recruiter at iPlace, where they gained knowledge of the recruitment process. Eeshita then went on to work as an HR Analyst at Fresh Gravity from May 2020 to March 2022. In March 2022, they became an HR Consultant for Support Functions at the same company until July 2022. Currently, Eeshita is a Sr. Consultant for People & Talent at Blue Altair, starting in August 2022.

Eeshita Bose earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing from Amity Global Business School in 2017. Eeshita then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration degree from the same institution in 2019, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. In May of 2021, they obtained a certification in People Analytics from Coursera.
