Ethan Waters

Ethan Waters has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ethan started as Director of Sales/Marketing at Premier Atlanta Weddings in January 2010 before moving to Paychex, where they worked as Senior Sales Consultant from October 2010 to March 2014. At Paychex, they were responsible for initiating and closing sales, expanding the customer base, and matching customers with the right solutions.

In April 2014, Ethan joined Capitol Materials Inc. as a Senior Sales Consultant and cultivated existing customer relationships to increase revenue and acted as a client advocate to improve the buyer experience. Ethan stayed with the company till April 2022.

Since August 2022, Ethan has been working as a Sr. Consultant, Business Development, at Blue Altair. Ethan leads an innovative consulting firm focused on emerging technologies, develops business strategies, builds key client relationships, and closes new sales. Blue Altair is at the forefront of digital transformation.

Ethan Waters graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2007 to 2010. Prior to this, they attended Georgia State University in 2004 and Columbia University in the City of New York in 2003-2004 for studies in Liberal Arts, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree from these institutions. Ethan has also obtained several certifications in Automation and the Databricks Lakehouse Platform from Workato and Databricks in 2022 and 2023.
