Harshada Moharil

Harshada Moharil has over 15 years of work experience in the HR industry, having worked in various capacities in companies such as Blue Altair, Fresh Gravity, GS Lab, Cybage, and Manpower. Currently, they hold the position of Director, People & Talent at Blue Altair. At Fresh Gravity, they served as Head HR for seven years, overseeing the company's technology consulting services in areas such as digital customer experience, data management, data science, internet of things, and API management & service-oriented architecture. Prior to Fresh Gravity, Harshada worked as a Lead HR Analyst at GS Lab and as an HR representative at Cybage. Harshada also had a stint as a Research Associate at Manpower early in their career.

Harshada Moharil earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial studies from Ramdeobaba Kamala Nehru Engineering College in 2005. Harshada then completed a Post Graduation degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2006. Prior to this, they attended Somalwar High School, Nikalas Branch from 1987 to 1998, but did not receive any degrees or specify a field of study.
