James Gresham

James Gresham is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system and network administration. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Blue Apron since November 2016, James has honed skills in managing complex systems. Prior to this role, James worked at Apple from January 2013 to October 2016 as a Genius, where responsibilities included repairing both software and hardware for Mac computers and mobile devices, as well as training and mentoring peers. James's earlier experience as a Network System Administrator in the US Army from December 2003 to November 2012 involved supervising a team of seven, managing over $1,000,000 in sensitive communications equipment, and ensuring reliable network operations for numerous sites. James holds an education from North Central Texas College.
