Alan Sargeant

Alan Sargeant is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in calibration and powertrain development. Currently serving as a Senior Calibration Engineer at Blue Arc™ EV Solutions since January 2023, Alan previously held the position of Senior Hybrid Calibration Engineer at XL Fleet from April 2021 to December 2022. Alan further developed expertise as a Senior Project Engineer Calibration at AVL from August 2010 to April 2021, and earlier in career, worked as a Project Engineer in Powertrain Development and Calibration at Ricardo from 1997 to 2010. Alan's background showcases a strong focus on hybrid and electric vehicle technologies.
