Shubham Bajpai is an experienced automotive engineer specializing in software and control systems, currently serving as the Software and Control Manager at Blue Arc™ EV since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shubham held managerial and engineering positions at VIA Motors, Eaton, GKN Driveline, and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, focusing on system functionality, control engineering, and vehicle development. Shubham’s expertise includes developing algorithms for powertrain systems, control models for engine management, and vehicle dynamics, along with thorough validation and calibration processes. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Nano Degree Program in Self Driving Vehicle from Udacity.
