Dhilip Kumar Moorthy has been working in the telecommunications industry since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Quality Engineer at Nokia Siemens (Vodafone Project) for Telecomone Teleservices Pvt Ltd. Their responsibilities included checking site quality, visiting sites in daily basis and raising issues to Field Engineers, and checking cable routing, labeling and weather proofing of RF and IF cables. In 2012, they worked as a BTS & Customer Support Engineer for ICOMM Tele Limited, where they installed and commissioned Harris Stratex's StarMAX BTS, integrated and backhauled Harris Stratex's StarMAX BTS, and operated, maintained and troubleshot the Base Station. In 2015, they worked as a Project Engineer for Huawei Telecommunication (India) Company Private Limited, where they were responsible for field-level 4G sites installation and deployment management. Dhilip Kumar also worked as a Senior Engineer & Technical Support Lead for Blue Arcus Technologies, Inc. in 2015, where they led the Technical Support Team to handle tickets/issues being raised by customers, maintained SLA with all customers, and regularly interacted with customers to make sure their requirements/issues were resolved.
Dhilip Kumar Moorthy completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University between 2005 and 2009.
