Renee Yarshon

Renee Yarshon is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various chef roles. Starting as Chef at Directors Table from May 1996 to December 2005, Renee worked at prestigious locations including Hambros Bank and reached the position of Head Chef at The Baltic Exchange. A Freelance Chef role followed at Blue Arrow from August 2025 to November 2020, along with positions at Berkeley Scott Hospitality and Wilson Vale Catering Management, where Renee served as Head Chef. Additionally, from October 2008 to June 2013, Renee was the Executive Development Chef for Nuffield Health, responsible for private patient feeding across multiple hospitals. Current experience includes roles with Sodexo as Executive Chef and as a Development Chef in Sodexo Defence, focusing on recipe development for new service offers. Renee holds a Westminster Diploma in Professional Cookery from Westminster College, completed between 1981 and 1984.
