Catherine Friend

Catherine Friend has extensive experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and working with individuals with autism. Catherine has held various roles at different companies, starting in 2013 with Autism Speaks where they volunteered as an AS2YP volunteer. Catherine then worked at Attentive Behavior Care as a BCBA and later became the Center Director. Catherine also worked at Connec-to-Talk, LLC as a BCBA and RBT. Catherine has experience as an ABA Therapist/Outreach Consultant at The Ivymount School. Catherine also has experience outside of the autism field, including a role as an Executive Assistant Office Manager at Integrace and as an Academic/Employment Coach and Mentor at the University of Delaware. Catherine has a strong background in clinical quality and assessments, quality assurance, and training, as evidenced by their most recent role as the Director of Clinical Quality and Assessments at Blue Balloon ABA.

Catherine Friend obtained a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2018. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Delaware in 2013.
