Clare Wilson

Clare Wilson is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the travel industry. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Blue Bay Travel since August 2017, Clare oversees Central Operations, Customer Services, Customer Care, and Administration departments for the Travel division. Prior to this role, Clare held the position of Group Customer Support and Operations Manager at The Midcounties Co-operative from 2014 to August 2017, and served as Operations Manager at Midcounties Co-operative from February 2012 to February 2014. Additionally, Clare worked at Co-operative Travel for over a decade, from January 2000 to February 2012, as Central Support Manager, managing the operational support function for the Travel Division.
