Leigh-anne Scarratt has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years in various roles within the travel and customer service industry. Leigh-anne started their career in 2004 as a Sales Consultant at TUI Travel PLC, where they worked until 2006. Leigh-anne then joined Phones4u as a Sales Support Agent for a year before transitioning to On The Beach Ltd in 2007. At On The Beach Ltd, Leigh-anne held the role of Customer Service Team Leader, where they handled incoming emails from customers and suppliers, managed customer complaints, and provided administrative support until 2013. In 2014, they joined Blue Bay Travel as a Customer Service Manager, where they are currently employed.

Leigh-anne Scarratt attended Endon High School from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a GCSE qualification in Maths.
