Douglas Grimm

Douglas Grimm serves as the Chairman of the Board at Blue Bird Corporation and Electrical Components International, while also holding board membership positions at Lumileds and Pangea Made. Additionally, Grimm provides advisory expertise to Mojio and HEVO. Previously, leadership experience includes roles as Chairman of the Board for the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association and the Original Equipment Suppliers Association, as well as President and COO at MPG "Performance Driven." An accomplished judge for the Entrepreneur of the Year program at EY, Douglas Grimm holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management from Hiram College and an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy, with further studies at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
