Ted Williams

Ted Williams is an experienced labor relations and human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over 28 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Labor Leader at Blue Bird Corporation since August 2023, Ted previously held a position as Team Manager of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Ford Motor Company from April 2015 to February 2024. Ted's earlier roles included Human Resources Manager at Cenveo, where responsibilities involved maintaining work structures and driving health and safety programs, as well as serving as a Human Resources Representative at Continental Motors, Inc., and a Human Resources Specialist at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia. Ted earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Clayton State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Gordon College.
