Lisa has over 20 years experience leading analytical and data technology initiatives across Bank of America, Citibank, Acxiom, Nike, and Beats Electronics. She has a Master of Science in Statistics and Decision Sciences from Georgia State University and has most recently been focused on working with startup brands building their advanced analytics capabilities.
Over the span of her career, Lisa has built hundreds of predictive models , and most importantly, led efforts to integrate analytics into decision making at all levels – from analyst to C-suite. She has launched , tested, and measured the performance of customer segmentation, revenue forecasting, and marketing optimization models for dozens of applications. She understands what has worked and what has not – as well as the challenges in helping organizations adopt and operationalize these solutions.
Lisa believes that advanced analytics continues to be underutilized by companies and wants to help lead change by demystifying its complexity. She has countless direct experiences of where her work has led to tangible results. Her colleagues refer to her as a ninja in making the most complex data science explainable.
