Danaya Phoonmas

Danaya Phoonmas, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Sr People Program Manager at Blue Bottle Coffee, leading People Business Partners across the North American corporate, production, and retail teams. Prior to this role, Danaya supported various teams as a People Business Partner and contributed as a Human Resources Business Partner at K2M, focusing on HR strategies and performance management.
