Maria Oriol-Zayas, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the People Relations & Compliance Manager at Blue Bottle Coffee since March 2023, after contributing as an Interim Senior HRBP Manager and previously as a Senior People Business Partner. Maria's extensive experience includes a decade at Merlin Entertainments plc, where leadership roles encompassed Regional Senior HR Manager for the Northeast and Benefits & HR Administrator for North America, overseeing health and welfare plans for over 1,500 employees.
