Rex Carazo

Rex Carazo has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Rex started their career as a Research Assistant at MEMS Lab and then went on to work as a Fixed Income Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley. After graduating from college, they worked full-time at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Strategy & Solutions Analyst for five years before moving to American Express in 2014. There, they worked on Digital Commerce as a Summer Associate. In 2015, Rex left American Express to join Bain & Company as a Consultant. Rex spent two years at Bain before joining Blue Bottle Coffee as Head of Global Strategy in 2017.

Rex Carazo earned a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering & Business from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from The Wharton School. Rex also attended SDA Bocconi.

Rex Carazo works with Kaitlyn Sylvain - General Manager, Shawna Sharie - VP, Retail Operations, and Chase Gharrity - Global Head of People. Their manager is Karl Strovink, CEO.
