William Fandrich

William Fandrich has extensive experience in the coffee industry, currently serving as Production Team Lead at Blue Bottle Coffee since May 2023, where responsibilities include managing a team in high-volume coffee production and ensuring quality control. Previously, Fandrich worked as Director of Coffee and Head Roaster at Nomenclature Coffee Roasters from August 2020 to April 2023, focusing on planning coffee lineups and developing roasting profiles. Experience also includes training roles at Old Soul Co. and Corvus Coffee Roasters, where Fandrich developed onboarding materials and training programs to meet industry standards. Early career experience as a Barista at Temple Coffee Roasters provided insight into high-volume workflows during a period of company expansion. William Fandrich holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Walla Walla University, with a minor in Chemistry.
