Maikel Schnerr

Maikel Schnerr is a Managing Consultant at Blue Bricks, where they focus on aligning strategy with execution to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previously, they served as an Agile Coach at both Rijksoverheid and A.S. Watson Group, facilitating transitions to Agile methodologies and improving collaboration within teams. Maikel has also worked extensively in the media industry, holding roles such as Videographer and TV Coordinator at prominent festivals and companies. They hold a Bachelor's degree in TV Journalism from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and are currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Professional Communication.
