Tome Nedinkovski

Tome Nedinkovski is a co-founder and managing director at Psyent, a talent consultancy and RPO company that specializes in applying psychological science in recruitment, selection, talent assessment, and employee and organizational development. Tome is also a co-founder and psychologist at Relaxifyapp, a company focused on mental wellness. Prior to these roles, Nedinkovski worked as a talent acquisition consultant at Emakina and a recruitment consultant at FrontwiseGroup. Tome co-founded PSA Psihesko, the first Macedonian association of psychology students, where they held various positions including co-founder and supervisory board member, co-founder and head of external relations, and president and co-founder. Tome also gained experience as a project assistant at EDC (Education Development Center) and as a contracted junior research consultant and intern at GfK.

Tome Nedinkovski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje - Department of Psychology in 2017. Tome then pursued further education in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the HR Academy - CLEAR VIEW Business Training Center from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a certification. In addition, they studied Gestalt Psychotherapy at Gestalt Institute Skopje from 2015 to 2020, although no degree name was mentioned in relation to this program. Tome also received a certification in Communication from the aspect of Transactional Analysis (TA) from Training Center EVA (Educational Vocational Assistance) and Modus Center in March 2012.
