Nicole Kandoth

Nicole Kandoth is an experienced professional in packaging innovation and engineering, currently serving as the Packaging Innovation Lead at General Mills since January 2019, where innovation packaging for the Pet platform is led across all food categories. Prior to this, Nicole held the position of Director of Package Engineering at Blue Buffalo Co, contributing to packaging development and quality across the portfolio, and was also instrumental in creating a new specification system and commissioning new manufacturing sites. Nicole's extensive career includes roles at Hartz Mountain Corporation, Kraft Foods, and an academic background with degrees from Michigan State University, New York Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
