Jeff Baltrush

Jeff Baltrush has a strong background in spacecraft systems engineering and has worked in various roles throughout their career. Jeff began their career as a Systems Engineer at Orbital Sciences Corporation from 1999 to 2002. Jeff then joined Ball Aerospace as a Principal Mission Systems Engineer from 2003 to 2018, where they had extensive experience leading spacecraft programs such as WorldView-3 and NASA Kepler Deep Space Program. In 2018, they joined Blue Canyon Technologies as a Principal Spacecraft Systems Engineer, where they led the design, build, and delivery of the company's first microsat. Jeff later served as the Director of Spacecraft Systems Engineering, leading a diverse team and setting department policies. Currently, they are a Staff Consultant at Blue Canyon Technologies, providing input for strategic business unit level strategy and supporting new business development.

Jeff Baltrush obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Jeff further pursued their education at the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a Master of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from 1997 to 1999.
