Michelle Lemar

Michelle LeMar has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Business Development at Blue Canyon Technologies since 2022. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Raytheon Intelligence & Space as the Director of Strategy & Business Development, where they played a crucial role in delivering end-to-end space solutions. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Development at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where they focused on space communications technology and program management. Michelle also has experience working at Lockheed Martin, where they held various roles including Program Manager for SmallSat Initiatives, International Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Specialist, Senior Software Engineer, and System Integration Engineer. Their roles at Lockheed Martin involved leading cross-functional teams, developing business strategies, managing contracts, and contributing to cutting-edge RF Comms technologies.

Michelle LeMar completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems at Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems at the University of Denver from 2004 to 2006.
