Under Donna's leadership since November 2005, the company specializes in direct-to-consumer online sales, business-to-business cookie gifts, and retail distribution licensing. In addition to their role at Blue Chip Cookies, Donna has a rich background in business coaching and consulting, offering expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, and executive leadership. Donna previously held a leadership position at Procter & Gamble, overseeing human resources and organizational development initiatives. An accomplished professional, Donna holds a BA in Business from Gettysburg College and multiple certifications in executive coaching and diversity and inclusion training.
