Previously, as Operations Manager at Ferrous Processing and Trading, Rob implemented processes that increased yard profits and improved customer satisfaction. A former Shift Supervisor at Oakland County Parks, Rob oversaw campground operations and staff training. Additionally, Rob has experience as a Middle School Teacher, where lessons were tailored to support struggling students and extracurricular activities were coordinated. Rob holds a Master of Public Administration in Educational Leadership from the University of Michigan-Flint and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oakland University.
