Rob Purgatori

Rob Purgatori has a diverse professional background with experience in talent acquisition, operations management, supervision, and education. Currently serving as an Account Executive in New Business Development and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blue Chip Talent since January 2022, Rob focuses on assembling a vast talent pool for clients across various industries. Previously, as Operations Manager at Ferrous Processing and Trading, Rob implemented processes that increased yard profits and improved customer satisfaction. A former Shift Supervisor at Oakland County Parks, Rob oversaw campground operations and staff training. Additionally, Rob has experience as a Middle School Teacher, where lessons were tailored to support struggling students and extracurricular activities were coordinated. Rob holds a Master of Public Administration in Educational Leadership from the University of Michigan-Flint and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oakland University.
