Tim Moilanen

Tim Moilanen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tim started their career at Halo Group in 2008 as a CRM Administrator, where they worked until 2011. Tim then joined JCPenney as a Customer Service Associate and stayed with the company until 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to Quicken Loans as a Sales Representative. After that, they moved to Arrow Strategies in 2012 and served as an IT Recruiter until 2014. From 2015 to 2020, Tim worked at Blue Chip Talent, first as an IT Recruiter and then as a Recruiting Operations Manager. Tim then became an Account Executive at Blue Chip Talent from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Tim holds the position of Director of IT Services at Blue Chip Talent, a role they assumed in February 2022.

Tim Moilanen attended Lakeland High School from 2003 to 2007. Following high school, they enrolled at Oakland Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
