Lillie Hughes is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Administration and Human Resources Director at Blue Circle Health since April 2022, Lillie previously held the role of Human Resources Director at Vail-Summit Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery from October 2019 to April 2022, where an effective HR team was established. Prior experience includes leading HR efforts at Colorado Mountain Medical, LLC, and serving as a Sr. Human Resources Manager and Director of HR & Risk Management at Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
