Prior to founding Blue Cloud Ventures, Mir started and led Madison Park Group, a boutique tech-focused investment bank in New York City. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Bear Stearns & Co. and helped start the Equity Private Placement Group at Peregrine Capital, then Asia’s largest investment bank. Mir has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Operations Research from Columbia University. He is a mentor to a number of tech companies and is a Charter Member of TiE Boston. In his free time, Mir enjoys spending time with his family, collecting contemporary art and traveling.
