Lily Lin

Lily Lin currently serves as the Head of Acquisitions for Blue Coast Capital, a role held since September 2025. In addition, Lily is a Board Member at LDS Investments since January 2022 and held an advisory position at Pelham Partners from January to August 2025. Prior to these roles, Lily was the Managing Director for MARK in the UK and Ireland from September 2020 to December 2024, and served as Managing Director at Vanke from January 2015 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes various positions at UBS Global Asset Management from September 2006 to January 2015, with responsibilities in real estate acquisitions and portfolio management, and as an Investment Associate at Ascendas-Singbridge from July 2003 to May 2005. Lily Lin holds an MBA from INSEAD and both a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in French from the University of Southern California.
