Tony Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Hober (Tony) began their career in 2010 at Effective Home Health as a Network Maintenance Solution Advisor. In 2011, they joined Office Depot and held various positions such as Manager in Training, District Trainer, and Senior Sales Consultant. During their time at Office Depot, Tony was responsible for training new hires, improving sales, and enhancing the customer experience. In 2015, they transitioned to Spring Mobile, where they served as an Assistant Manager and later as a Store Manager until 2019. At Spring Mobile, Tony honed their managerial skills and oversaw day-to-day store operations. Following their position at Spring Mobile, they joined RV One Superstores as a Sales Associate, specializing in RV sales. In 2021, Tony become an Internet Sales Specialist at General RV Center. Currently, they are working at Blue Compass RV, where they started as an Assistant Manager for Internet Sales in 2022. Tony quickly advanced within the company, becoming a Sales and Events Manager in Dealer Development and later the Director of Shows & Events for the Sales & Dealership Operations Team.
