Kaylee DeLacy has over 10 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry. Kaylee began their career in 2011 as a Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret. In 2012, they took on roles as a Menswear Editor, Menswear Writer, and Fashion Writer for Trend Magazine and ISD Style. In 2013, they interned as a Men's Merchandising Intern at Lands' End and was an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant- Merchandise Planning and Allocation at Iowa State University. From 2014-2019, they were an Assistant Merchant, Women's Dresses and Wovens and Women's Special Sizes at Lands' End, Digital Marketing Manager at Matilda Jane Clothing, and Social Media Specialist at Vera Bradley. In 2020, they became a Social Media + Digital Marketing Strategist and Consultant at Kaylee Wilson Consulting, working with clients such as French Knot, The FIND, Matilda Jane Clothing, Regan + Ferguson Group, Healthier Moms & Babies, and Upper Valley Film Co. Currently, they are a Digital Marketing Analyst at Blue Compass.

Kaylee DeLacy attended St. Ambrose University from 2010 to 2011, studying Marketing. Kaylee then transferred to Iowa State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising in 2013. Kaylee has since obtained two certifications: a LinkedIn Marketing Strategy certification from LinkedIn in November 2022, and a Google Ads Search Certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in August 2022.
