Sally Elstad

Sally Elstad serves as the Head of Skills Strategy & Transformation at Blue Crab Consulting since March 2021, focusing on innovative skills-based talent strategies and change management to enhance organizational and individual potential. With 15 years of experience, Sally has guided clients through strategic HR transformations utilizing advanced technologies to create future-ready workforces. Previously, Sally held significant roles at Rizing HCM, including Director of Operations for Workforce Optimization and Director of HCM Incubation, and also worked at 3D Results as HCM Product Manager and Acquisition Integration Lead, among other positions. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at Follett Corporation and as a Recruiting Specialist at Interviewing Consultants, Inc. Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business minor from Drake University and a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School.
